•     Donations are optional, voluntary and not eligible for Gift Aid.

•     Talks and conversations at the Event are for general education and encouragement. They are not personal medical advice.

•     Fitness sessions and massage therapy are optional. Please take part within your own limits and tell us about any health concerns.

•     We will be taking photographs and video. You can ask not to be featured.

1.  Who we are and how these terms work

1.1       The Supernatural Wellbeing Worship Experience 2026 (the "Event") is organised by Olive Bloom Wellness Services ("we", "us", "our").

1.2       These terms and conditions are the agreement between you and us when you book a place at the Event. Please read them carefully before you book. By ticking the acceptance box at checkout and completing your booking, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them.

1.3       If you have any questions before or after booking, you can contact us at [email protected].

1.4       If you book on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their permission to do so and to accept these terms for them, and you agree to share these terms with them before the Event.

2.  The Event

2.1       The Event takes place on Saturday, 21 November 2026, from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Ridgeway Centre, Wolverton, Milton Keynes. Doors open at 11:30 am.

2.2       The Event brings together three experiences, with breaks for networking, food and visiting the exhibition stands: the Worship Experience (worship, prayer, the Word and meditation), the Wellbeing Experience (talks and panel discussions on hormones, fitness and nutrition) and the Fitness Experience (Pilates, Afro dance aerobics and stretch). Massage therapy and nourishing, hormone-supportive food are also part of the day.

2.3       The Event is designed for women at every stage of the hormonal journey. You must be aged 18 or over to attend.

2.4       We work hard to deliver the programme as advertised. Occasionally, we may need to make reasonable changes to the running order, timings, speakers, practitioners, exhibitors or activities. Changes of this kind do not entitle you to a refund unless they amount to a significant change to the Event as a whole, in which case clause 6 applies.

3.  Booking and tickets

3.1       Registration is essential. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.2       The ticket price is the price shown on the booking page at the time you book, including any early bird price then available. Your ticket includes entry to the Event, all three experiences, the exhibition stands, refreshments and a massage taster. Anything that carries an extra charge will be made clear on the booking page or on the day.

3.3       Your booking is confirmed, and our contract with you begins when we have received your payment in full and sent you a confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your junk folder and then contact us.

3.4       Please bring your confirmation email with you, printed or on your phone. We may ask you to confirm your name at registration.

3.5       Early bird and promotional prices are limited by time or number and may be withdrawn at any time. This will not affect a booking we have already confirmed.

3.6       Tickets are for your personal use and must not be resold for profit. You may transfer your ticket as set out in clause 5.3.

3.7       Please check your booking details carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

4.  Optional donations

4.1       When you book, you may choose to add a donation. Donations are entirely voluntary. They are not a condition of attending and do not entitle you to any additional goods, services or benefits.

4.2       Donations help us to meet the cost of delivering the Event and to continue the work of Supernatural Wellbeing in supporting women's health and wholeness.

4.3       Olive Bloom Wellness Services is not a registered charity. Donations are therefore not eligible for Gift Aid and are not tax-deductible.

4.4       Donations are non-refundable, unless we cancel the Event and do not reschedule it, in which case we will refund your donation together with your ticket.

5.  If you can no longer attend

5.1       Because the Event takes place on a specific date, the 14-day right to cancel that applies to many online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to your ticket.

5.2       Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or find you cannot attend, except where these terms say otherwise.

5.3       If you cannot come, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another woman aged 18 or over at no charge. Please email us her full name and email address at least 48 hours before the Event. She will be bound by these terms.

5.4       We are unable to offer refunds or credit if you arrive late, leave early or miss any part of the programme.

5.5       Nothing in this clause affects your legal rights as a consumer.

6.  If we change or cancel the Event

6.1       If we must cancel the Event and do not reschedule it, we will refund the full amount you paid us, including any donation, to your original payment method within 14 days of telling you.

6.2       If we must postpone the Event, move it to a different venue or make a significant change to it, your ticket will remain valid for the revised Event. If the new arrangements do not suit you, you may ask for a full refund by emailing us within 14 days of our notice.

6.3       We will contact you using the email address you gave at booking, so please keep it up to date.

6.4       We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, childcare or any other costs you incur in connection with the Event if it is changed, postponed or cancelled.

7.  Health and wellbeing information

7.1       The talks, panel discussions, demonstrations, conversations and printed or digital materials at the Event are offered for general education, encouragement and inspiration. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for the care of your own GP or healthcare team.

7.2       Health professionals, including a GP and a menopause specialist, may be available for you to speak with during the Event. Unless the professional expressly tells you otherwise, these conversations are general and informal. They are not a clinical consultation and will not involve an examination, a diagnosis or a prescription.

7.3       Please do not stop, start or change any medication, treatment or prescribed diet because of something you hear at the Event without first speaking to your own doctor or  pharmacist.

7.4       Every woman is different. We make no promise or guarantee about any health outcome or result.

7.5       Views expressed by speakers, panellists, practitioners and exhibitors are their own and are not necessarily shared by us.

8.  Taking part in the Fitness Experience

8.1       Joining the Pilates, Afro dance, aerobics and stretch sessions is entirely your choice. You are welcome to sit out, rest or simply watch.

8.2       By taking part, you confirm that you are well enough to do so. If you are pregnant, have recently had surgery, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, a joint or back problem, an injury, or any other condition or concern, please seek advice from your doctor before the Event and speak to the instructor before the session begins.

8.3       Please follow the instructor's guidance, work at your own pace and stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, breathlessness or unwell. Let a member of our team know.

8.4       Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear, and bring a water bottle and exercise mat.

8.5       Subject to clause 15, you take part in physical activity at your own risk.

9.  Massage therapy

9.1       Massage therapy is provided by independent therapists and is subject to availability on the day.

9.2       Your therapist may ask you some brief health questions before treating you. Please answer honestly. The therapist may decide that a treatment is not suitable for you, and that decision is final.

9.3       Each therapist is responsible for their own treatments, qualifications and insurance.

10.  Food, drink and allergens

10.1     Food and drink will be available at the Event, and these are included in the price ticket.

10.2     If you have a food allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, please tell us when you book or by email at least 7 days before the Event.

10.3     Allergen information will be available on the day. Please always ask a member of the catering team before you eat or drink if you have an allergy or intolerance.

10.4     Food is prepared and served in environments where allergens are handled, so we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please bring any medication you need and consider bringing your own food.

10.5     Samples and products offered at exhibition stands are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please check the ingredients with them directly.

11.  Faith and worship

11.1     The Event is a Christian, faith-based gathering and includes worship, prayer, Bible teaching and meditation. Women of all backgrounds are warmly welcome, and taking part in any element of the day is voluntary.

11.2     Prayer is offered as spiritual support and encouragement. It is not offered as an alternative to medical care.

12.  Exhibitors, sponsors and other third parties

12.1     Exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, therapists and other practitioners at the Event are independent of us. Their presence does not mean that we endorse, recommend or guarantee their products, services or advice.

12.2     If you buy a product or service from an exhibitor or practitioner, your contract is with them and not with us. Any questions, complaints, returns or refunds should be taken up with them directly.

12.3     We are not responsible for the products, services, advice or conduct of third parties. This does not limit our responsibility for our own actions under clause 15.

13.  Conduct, safety and belongings

13.1     We want every woman to feel safe, respected and at ease. Please treat fellow attendees, our team, contributors and venue staff with kindness and courtesy, and follow any safety or fire instructions given on the day.

13.2     We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave without a refund, anyone whose behaviour is abusive, disruptive, unsafe or unlawful, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

13.3     Many women share personal experiences at events like this. Please respect their privacy and do not record, repeat or post what others share without their permission.

13.4     You may not sell, promote or distribute any products, services or literature at the Event without our written agreement.

  1.   The Event is for adults, and we are unable to accommodate children, except for babies.

13.6     Please look after your personal belongings. Subject to clause 15, we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged at the Event.

14.  Photography, filming and recording

14.1     We will be taking photographs and video at the Event. We may use these on our websites, social media, newsletters and printed materials to share the story of the day and to promote future events.

14.2     If you would prefer not to be featured, please tell us at the registration desk when you arrive or email us beforehand. We will take reasonable steps to respect your wishes and will not use any image in which you are the main subject. We cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in wide shots of the room.

14.3     You are welcome to take photographs for your own personal use. Please do not photograph or film during prayer ministry or massage therapy, do not photograph other attendees without their permission, and do not record or publish full talks or sessions without our written consent.

15.  Our responsibility to you

15.1     We will deliver the Event with reasonable care and skill.

15.2     Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

15.3     Subject to clause 15.2, we are not responsible for:

  • loss or damage that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care.
  • loss, injury or illness caused by your not following these terms or the instructions given on the day, or by your not telling us or the relevant instructor or therapist about a health condition, allergy or concern.
  • the acts or omissions of third parties, including exhibitors, independent practitioners and the venue; or
  • any business losses. The Event is offered to you as a consumer for your personal benefit.

15.4     Subject to clause 15.2, our total liability to you for any other loss arising from the Event is limited to the total amount you paid us for your booking.

16.  Your personal information

16.1     We use the personal information you give us to manage your booking, to communicate with you about the Event and to run the day safely. Full details are in our privacy policy.

16.2     If you give us information about your health, allergies, dietary or access needs, we will use it only to keep you safe and to make suitable arrangements for you. By providing it, you consent to our using it in this way. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

16.3     Bookings and payments are processed through Kajabi and its payment providers, who handle your information under their own privacy policies. We do not see or store your full card details.

16.4     We will only send you news about future events and offers if you have chosen to receive it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

17.  Accessibility

17.1     We want the Event to be accessible to every woman who wishes to come. If you have access requirements or need any adjustments, please let us know at least 7 days before the Event and we will do all we reasonably can to help.

18.  Events outside our control

18.1     We are not responsible for any failure or delay in delivering the Event that is caused by something beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, closure or unavailability of the venue, transport disruption, illness of key contributors, public health restrictions or government action. If the Event is cancelled or postponed as a result, clause 6 will apply.

19.  Feedback and complaints

19.1     If something is not right on the day, please speak to a member of our team so that we can try to put it right there and then.

19.2     If you wish to raise a concern afterwards, please email us within 14 days of the Event. We will acknowledge your message and aim to respond in full within 14 days.

20.  General

20.1     We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you booked is the one that applies to your booking.

20.2     If a court or other authority decides that any part of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.

20.3     If we do not insist straight away that you do something these terms require, or we delay in acting, that does not mean you are released from it or that we cannot take action later.

20.4     This agreement is between you and us. No one else has any right to enforce it.

20.5     These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.
